The action today is another step in creating the economic development engine of Charles Pointe. With partners like Governor Manchin, the Harrison County Commission, the City of Bridgeport and others this public-private partnership is moving forward. This master-planned community is a unique opportunity for North Central West Virginia. We will continue to implement our plan and look forward to continued significant progress in the months ahead.
